Today i got run still must do PA duty haiz
But the Elphus(is it spelt like this???) placed in the middle and the sound cannot travel to both ends of the stadium den i never hear the announcement for Javelin -.-
den for the stupid javelin (which i miss all) i miss my DISCUS!!!
My discus is better then my javelin lor Zzz
Then afterwards me along with Hongy, jun hong and songboon fought with Amanda(IDC how is it spelt) and she ALMOST CRIED!!!

Den when we reporting for our 4x400 that time her handphone fell into the drain full of shit and we laughed =D

After running the 4x400 my legs went jelly...
I almost got heat stroke and asthma today lor Zzz
After the 4x400 i ran The fartlek and this time my legs were better as the 4x400 was like a warmup....
Me and yijing were close sia
i almost lost the 2nd place to him as he was just behind me..whew...
then after the fartlek i fell down onto the grass and rested...
